The ore body of Tanzania gold mine was mainly gold-bearing quartz vein. Xinhai Mining Technology & Equipment Inc. provided EPC project services to the mine, and the final product would be smelting alloyed gold.
Crushing and screening: The raw ore adopted vehicle transportation, and the crushing process adopted two-stage & one-closed circuit process.
Grinding and classification: The qualified crushing product buffered by fine ore bin was conveyed to stage-two closed circuit grinding and classification system.
Xinhai had undertaken the mineral processing test work and study on gold ore in Kazakhstan, aiming to determine the optimal technological processes and indexes, and provide scientific and reasonable basis for the process design and future production.
The Au grade of raw ore was 1.1g/t. The gold particle was fine and mostly distributes in fine fraction of ore. Xinhai had carried out a comparative test of single flotation, all-slime cyanidation, heap leaching and flotation concentrate cyanidation according to the characteristics of the ore, and scientifically analyzed the flow structures, mineral processing indexes and corresponding equipment configurations of the four programs based on the test results.
This lead-zinc polymetallic mine was located in the “three-river” High Mountain and canyon area of eastern Tibet and the elevation was from 3200 to 4040m. The climate of this area was continental plateau cold temperate zone semi-arid monsoon. The characteristic of the mine was mainly mineral assemblages of Pb, Sb and Zn. Pb and Sb were closely associated with each other. The jamesonite ores were distributed irregularly and widely. The Pb, Sb and Zn grade of the raw ore were 4.12%, 3.71% and 1.74%.
1,200t/d mineral processing plant of Bulsowa in Tanzania was an EPC project contracted by Xinhai, Xinhai provided thickening, leaching, desorption and electrowinning equipment, including electric instrument, pipeline, technological structure, and other installation engineering.
This project adopted all-slime cyanidation technology. At the earlier stage of this project, Xinhai had drawn up complete and meticulous plan in project management, construction technique, resource supply, coordination work and others. During project construction, with overall planning and all-round consideration, Xinhai had effectively overcome the severe shortage of material supply, construction machineries and technical workers.
